Check your email for messages from Rise Realty Texas

Look in your inbox and your junk or spam folder for mail already sent from @riserealtytexas.com. Onboarding, IABS, Paperless Pipeline, and meeting reminders all come from that domain.

  1. Search for riserealtytexas.com in junk/spam as well as the main inbox.
  2. If any message landed in junk, open it and choose Not junk / Not spam / Report not spam.
  3. Add admin@riserealtytexas.com and info@riserealtytexas.com to your contacts, or mark the domain as a safe sender, so the next emails stay in your inbox.

Set up to sell with Rise Realty Texas

Now that your onboarding contracts are signed and your license is transferred to Rise Realty Texas, the next step is getting your tools, compliance links, and association records in place so you can start taking business.

Get plugged in

  • Update your email signature — email signature tool
  • Create or download your IABS — IABS generator
  • Add IABS and the TREC Consumer Protection Notice to your website, Facebook About section, and signature
  • Notify MetroTex or Greater Texoma so NTREIS, zipForm, Broker Bay, and Supra show Rise Realty Texas

Get set to close files

  • Watch the transaction checklist video on the next page before you open a file
  • Use Paperless Pipeline once admin creates your account
  • When watching these training videos remember that Texas contracts go through Texas Realtors zipForm, not C.A.R. forms
  • Read the company policies and procedures

Get more business

  • Set up Lofty and your agent site
  • Review optional tools on the business packages page
  • Join Tuesday meetings at 9:00 a.m. Central (except holidays)
  • Ask admin if you need Lofty, REDX, or marketing files from the Brand Kit
