Who we are

Rise Realty Texas is a full-service real estate brokerage for North Texas, licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission. We opened in 2026 with the personal touch of a small local brokerage, backed by systems and processes Rise Realty has refined since 2013.

We work online rather than out of a storefront office, so our agents spend their time with clients and in the neighborhoods they serve. We help people buy and sell homes across the DFW area and Texoma, including land, ranch and select commercial property when a client needs it.

Rise Realty Texas welcomes agents who want to keep 100% of their commission, with no monthly or yearly brokerage fees, and still have a broker who answers the phone. Agents get live training on Zoom every Tuesday, transaction and compliance support, and proven tools including Paperless Pipeline, Coach 52 and a 30-Day Success Plan.

Our story

Travis Breton founded Rise Realty in California in 2013 and built the systems, training and support that help independent agents succeed. Rise Realty Texas opened in 2026 as its own Texas brokerage, owned equally by Kelly Bishop and Travis Breton.

Kelly Bishop is the Broker of Record (TREC #702943-B) and has worked in real estate sales since 2018. Her background is mainly residential listings and sales, with added experience in farm and ranch and commercial property, so she can guide agents through a wide range of Texas transactions. When Rise Realty Texas opened in April 2026, Kelly set out to build a modern brokerage grounded in integrity, clear communication and professionalism.

As broker, she supervises the brokerage, leads the Tuesday training and supports our agents with contracts and compliance, with a focus on honesty, service and a consistent, high-quality experience for every client. Outside of real estate, Kelly gives back to her community whenever there's a need and spends as much time as she can with her family.

Rise Realty California continues to provide the systems and support behind the Texas brokerage.

Who owns Rise Realty Texas?

Rise Realty Texas is owned equally by Kelly Bishop and Travis Breton. Kelly Bishop is the Broker of Record (TREC #702943-B) and supervises the brokerage's agents and transactions.

Is Rise Realty Texas the same company as Rise Realty California?

No. They're separate brokerages that share a name, systems and training. Rise Realty Texas LLC holds its own Texas broker license (TREC #9016637-BB) and serves North Texas. Rise Realty California, founded by Travis Breton in 2013, provides the systems and support behind the Texas brokerage.

Is a brokerage without a storefront office a real brokerage?

Yes. Rise Realty Texas LLC is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and supervised by a licensed Broker of Record, the same as any brokerage. Working online means our agents meet clients at homes, by phone and video, and at the title company, and documents are signed electronically.
