2. Is there truly a $0 monthly or annual fee structure? Yes. Unlike traditional or "big box" brokerages, the Premier Program has no sign-on fees, no monthly desk fees, and no annual membership fees. Our This Top Producing commission program is built on a flat $595 transaction fee per side, allowing high-volume agents to keep their hard-earned commission.

3. How does E&O insurance work for high-value luxury properties? Standard E&O insurance is included in the transction fee. For luxury transactions with a sale price exceeding $1.5 million, a $150 E&O supplement fee is assessed for every $500,000 price increment. This helps to ensure robust legal protection for agents handling high-exposure California real estate.

4. Can I get paid directly at the close of escrow? Yes. We understand that time and cash flow are vital for producing agents. We issue Commission Disbursement Authorizations (CDAs) so that you can be paid your commission directly from escrow at the time of closing, rather than waiting for a check to be processed at the brokerage office.
