RISE 100: Flexibility, Transparency, and Tech-Forward FAQs


1. How does the "Smart Scale" transaction fee work? Our Smart Scale is designed to protect your margins on every deal. The fee is based on the final sales price, starting at just $199 for sales under $100,000 and scaling up to a cap of $999 for sales of $800,000 or more. You keep 100% of your commission minus that single transaction fee.


2. Is there a minimum production requirement for the RISE 100 program? No. Unlike many traditional brokerages or our Premier Program, the RISE 100 has no sales quotas or production minimums. This makes it the ideal choice for part-time agents, real estate investors, or those closing fewer than 10 deals per year.


3. Can I still access the Lofty AI CRM if I’m not a high-volume producer? Yes! Every agent at Rise Realty, regardless of their program, has optional access to our enterprise-level Lofty AI tech stack for a nominal monthly fee. You get the same lead-generation and automation power as our top-tier producers.


4. Are there any hidden monthly or annual "desk fees"? None. Rise Realty prides itself on transparency. RISE 100 agents pay $0 in monthly brokerage fees, $0 in annual fees, and $0 sign-on fees. Your only brokerage cost is the transaction fee when you close a deal.

5. Does Rise Realty provide support for agents who aren't full-time? Absolutely. Every agent receives 7-day-a-week broker support, access to our transaction management system, and free on-demand coaching through Jeff Lobb’s Coach 52 system. We believe every agent deserves professional support, regardless of their transaction volume.


6. Can I buy and sell my own properties on this program? Yes. The RISE 100 program is a favorite for real estate investors. You can represent yourself on your own flips or portfolio acquisitions while benefiting from our incredibly low $199 starting transaction fee.


7. How does E&O insurance work for properties over 800k in sales price? Standard E&O insurance is included in the transction fee. For "high value" transactions with a sale price exceeding $1.5 million, a $150 E&O supplement fee is assessed for every $500,000 price increment. This helps to ensure coverage for high-exposure California real estate.


8. What happens if my production increases beyond 10 sales per year? We love seeing our agents grow! If your production volume increases, you can easily transition to our Premier Program to take advantage of the flat $595 transaction fee. We provide a seamless "Smart Scale" path for agents moving from part-time to full-time high-producers.
