Lofty CRM & AI Tools for Texas Real Estate Agents
Rise Realty · Updated October 2026
Lofty is a CRM and AI platform that helps Texas agents follow up with new leads faster and stay in touch with past clients and their sphere of influence. At Rise Realty it's an optional add-on available through the brokerage for a small fee, separate from your transaction fee. You don't need it to join, and you keep 100% of your commission either way. If you want one place to track your people, send timely follow-ups and market yourself consistently, this is what it does and how agents here put it to work.
This guide is for agents. It covers how Lofty helps you market to new clients, how to use it to keep in touch with the people who already know you, what to watch for under Texas rules, and which Rise Realty program fits your business.
What Lofty is, and what it isn't
Lofty (formerly Chime) combines a contact database, an AI assistant, automated text and email plans, social media tools, a mobile app and an agent website with IDX search. Rise Realty offers it through the brokerage as an option. Lofty also makes a short overview video on YouTube if you'd like to see it in action.
What it isn't: a lead source. Lofty doesn't hand you buyers and sellers, and neither does Rise Realty. It helps you do more with the leads and relationships you already have, which is where most agents lose money. Leads tend to go cold quickly when nobody answers, and past clients who never hear from you are likely to turn to whichever agent they hear from next.
Marketing to new clients
- AI Assistant. It responds to new leads right away, at any hour, asks qualifying questions and can help book appointments on your calendar. You step in when a lead is ready to talk.
- Smart Plans. Automated text and email plans react to what a lead does. If someone keeps looking at the same home, the plan can send a personal message while their interest is high.
- Agent website with IDX search. Build neighborhood and city pages for your farm area, capture leads from search and see which homes a lead has viewed.
- Social Studio. Create and schedule listing videos, market updates and property posts without opening an editing app.
- Mobile app and Power Dialer. Call, text, update the CRM and clear tasks from your phone, including voicemail drops. It's built for answering a lead quickly when you're away from your desk.
None of this works without leads to feed it. Pair Lofty with your own sources: open houses, your sphere, referrals, online ads and the pages you build for your area.
Staying in touch with your sphere and past clients
For most agents, the sphere of influence is the best source of business, and it's the easiest to let slip. A CRM's job here is to remind you at the right moment and take care of the routine parts so that the personal part gets done. Here's a Texas-flavored calendar to set up:
| When | The touch | What Lofty handles |
|---|---|---|
| Spring, when appraisal notices arrive | A short note that the notice is out, with a reminder that the protest deadline is generally May 15 or 30 days after the notice, whichever is later, and an offer to share what's sold nearby. Point them to their county appraisal district for the process. | A Smart Plan sent to past clients, plus a task for you to call the ones who reply |
| Home anniversary | A “happy home-iversary” text with an offer to send a current value estimate. | A date-based plan that sends on schedule |
| New listings and sales near them | Listings and sold homes in their neighborhood, which keeps you in front of them without a sales pitch. | Listing alerts from your IDX agent website |
| Every quarter | A short local market update. Our county pages show the kind of NTREIS numbers worth sharing. | Social Studio market updates and email plans |
| A contact goes quiet | A personal call or text from you. | AI prioritization shows who to call today and why |
The touches above are examples. Property tax protests are handled through the county appraisal district, and we don't offer tax advice. Your role is to let people know the date is coming.
Content helps too. Sending a local article gives people a reason to open your message. Our blog has posts written for Texas homebuyers you can share, such as MUD vs. PID for new construction buyers in Anna and Celina and how much buyers can negotiate in North Texas right now.
Start with the people you already know
- Import your contacts. Bring in your phone contacts and any spreadsheets, including past clients, friends, family and neighbors.
- Sort them. Tag people as past clients, sphere, active leads and so on, so each group gets the right plan.
- Turn on a few plans. Start with home anniversaries and a quarterly market update. Edit the wording so that it sounds like you.
- Work the list daily. Check who the system says to call, and make a handful of calls or texts.
A ten-minute daily routine
- Open the app and look at the contacts Lofty flagged as most active.
- Call or text the top few, starting with anyone who replied to a message.
- Send one personal note to a past client. It could be a congratulations, a question or a photo.
- Clear your tasks, then approve or schedule one social post.
Which Rise Realty program fits
Lofty works with any program because it's separate from your transaction fee. How you'd use it depends on where you are:
- New agents. Your first clients will probably come from people you know. On the MENTOR program, load your contacts first, then start the plans above while you train.
- Agents with no production quotas. On RISE 100, you pay when you close, so a slow month costs nothing. A warm database is how you keep the next deal coming.
- Higher-volume agents. If you close 10 or more transactions a year, the PREMIER program caps your fee at a flat $595 a side. Brokers with 12 or more can look at BROKER ASSOCIATES. At that volume, automated follow-up covers the leads you can't call yourself.
- Teams. Lofty includes lead routing, so a team leader can set up round robin, blast or weighted distribution. See the TEAMS program for how team fees work.
To see what you'd keep on any program, run your numbers in the commission calculator. Add the Lofty fee to your own costs if you plan to use it.
What it costs
Lofty is an optional add-on with a small fee that's separate from your transaction fee. Our commission programs have no monthly or yearly fees, and you pay when a deal closes. Call us for current Lofty pricing, since plan details can change.
Tools only pay off if you use them. Try this test: if you won't open the app most days, skip it and keep your current system.
Texas rules to keep in mind
- Advertising. TREC advertising rules apply to your website, social posts and emails, including identifying your brokerage. Automated content is still your advertising, so review it first.
- Calls and texts. Federal Do Not Call and consent rules apply, and Texas has its own rules for telemarketing calls and texts. Don't import a list and blast it. Message people who know you or who asked to hear from you.
- Your broker. If a plan or post makes you wonder, ask. Our broker is available seven days a week by phone.

Questions about Lofty
What is Lofty?
Lofty (formerly Chime) is a real estate CRM and marketing platform. It combines a database of your contacts, an AI assistant that follows up with leads, automated text and email plans, social media content tools, a mobile app with a dialer and an IDX agent website. Rise Realty offers it to our agents as an optional add-on.
Is Lofty required at Rise Realty?
No. Lofty is optional. You keep 100% of your commission and pay one transaction fee when a deal closes whether or not you use it. If you add Lofty, it carries a small fee that is separate from your transaction fee. Many agents use their own tools, and that's fine.
Does Lofty give me leads?
No. Lofty is a tool, not a lead source, and Rise Realty doesn't guarantee leads or results. It helps you capture the leads you generate yourself, follow up faster and stay in touch with the people you already know.
Can I use Lofty if I'm a new agent?
Yes. New agents often get the most out of it, because the first clients usually come from people they already know. You can load your phone contacts and start a simple follow-up plan before your first closing. New agents can also choose the MENTOR program for training and support on their first three transactions.
Will the AI messages sound like a robot?
They can if you leave everything on default. Lofty lets you review and edit your plans and messages, and the best results come from personalizing them. You stay responsible for what goes out under your name, so read what you're sending.
Does Lofty keep in touch with my past clients automatically?
It can run reminders and message plans for you, such as home anniversaries, market updates and listing alerts. Automation handles the schedule. A short personal text or call from you is still what turns a past client into a referral.
Do TREC rules still apply to what Lofty posts and sends?
Yes. Anything you advertise or send under your name follows TREC advertising rules, including identifying your brokerage, and federal and Texas rules on calls and texts. Review automated content before it goes out, and ask your broker if you aren't sure.
